Dark green on black background is little bit bad to read. Try to find some colors that match, look at other professional sites and see how they are done, the layout and the colors they used and etc. Doing this has helped me a lot.

You have two logos. One on the top and the other Flash. Maybe would it be more reasonable to use only one?

Anyway, I am not are web professional, but my advice is to look how others have done it, don't copy it, but get some good ideas.

It is a good start! I would recommed u to make it more personal and make a cool logo... skip the left frame if u cant make it look a bit better. I wish u good luck!
