Searching for a suitable host

Hi All,

Sorry if this is a common question around here, but I'm sure someone here can help me easily. I'm looking for a free host, with the following bits and pieces:

* MUST support free domain hosting and Free domain transfer
* Ads are OK, but preferably not at the top of page.
* Prefer no pop-ups, especially the chain variety (Grrrr!!)
* Must be at least +reasonably+ fast.
* Prefer a company which is not likely to go belly-up, or suddenly change policy and start charging for the free services (Who said Bizland? :-)
