I thought this section is only for website earning money, not desktop surfing banner, am i right?

The forum is Ad Revenue. Cashsurfers display ads which hopefully you will get revenue from.

To answer your original question, I have had a good look at the site and they seem to determine how much they will pay you 60-75 days after you earn the points.

I used to use cashsurfers in the good old paid-to-surf days when AllAdvantage was still going strong.

I had like 20 referals, and we were all using this thing almost 24/24 7/7 and all I got is a mere 20$ check that *bounced* at the bank, lol...

i turned on my comp all day and just downloading stuff, but not surfing.
