php, mysql, ftp, htaccess, mail ?

As mentioned in my other message, i have my current site on Tripod.co.uk, but they are very unreliable. :cry2:

I am a web developer and requrie free hosts to show my wrk to my clients, before i transfer the site to their servers. I do this so they can confirm that the work is ready and meets theire requriements, they can test it etc.....and i dont want the site to be down when they visit! :eek:

PHP
mysql
ftp
.htaccess
mail()
about 20 MB
!reliable!
(ads are ok)

is there any host meeting my reqirements? :D
