Hey everyone, I'm new to posting here, but I've been reading for a while...I'm working on a new gaming site, but it is sure a burden by myself. I needed some people to help me out with sections. Preferably you need some basic HTML skills, good grammar skills, AIM [which can be downloaded from http://www.aol.com/aim], basic FTP skills, and an email program which handles attachments. When we start up you will be payed by your work. Right now I am not disclosing the details, but you will be payed depending on the revenue from banners. The following positions are needed.

News Writers - As many as possible
Description: You need to scour the net for the latest news. You can pick which category to do, or just post general stuff regarding anything you see about gaming. You must post at least one news item a day [no biggie, just look at ign or gamerweb.com]

Editorial Writers - As many as possible
Description: These people need to have excellent grammar skills, and good defending skills [so as to defend your position on something on the message forums]. You need to submit one or two editorials every week and a half.

Sectional Admins - 1 for each section
Description: You will head a section for any gaming section, as long as it is avalible. Hopefully you can bring staff members for your section, but I can help out with that. The following are needed:
•Nintendo 64/Gamecube Admin
•PSOne/PS2 Admin
•Gameboy Advance Admin
•X-Box Admin
•Dreamcast Admin
•PC Gaming Admin
•Mac Gaming Admin
•Mac GUI Admin
•Movie Section Admin*
•DVD Admin*
*Only going to have if Admin is avalible

Sectional Workers - As many as possible
Description: You will just work in a section [ie., Gamecube, PS2, etc.] to write reviews for games, post news, etc. This is a pretty basic position.

Marketers - 3-4
Description: This is an easy job, where all you do is go around and advertise the site without spamming. If you spam, you will be fired. This job will last only as long as needed. If you apply to one of the other positions you can also apply to this, but you can also ONLY apply to this.

Financiers - As many as possible
Description: I highly, highly doubt I can get any of these, but if any of rich kids out there like my site, and you could finance it [ie., pay for server maintance, pay staff members, etc.] I'd be so greatful. You would recieve Admin benifits, such as access to the Admin forums at the message fourms, you would have a huge input on the sites future, and eventually if the site grows enough have some ownership of it.

If there are any other possitions on a website that you can think of, please ask me about it! This website is a Gaming and GUI [skins, themes, desktop pictures, icons, etc] site. So, if anybody out there can fill any of these positions we can work to build a better entertainment network! Please, email me at cenahn@austin.rr.com, IM me at Ronai Seishirou, or ICQ me [found at bottom]!

Thank You!

ok, so banner revenue these days, coupled with a large staff... i say members would be getting around $.008 cpm each. now that's accuracy for you.

hmm... let's see now...
$.008 CPM, starting company with about 1000 pageviews/month
hmm
at that rate i'll be able to cash out in only 3125 months... (but hey, it's only a little over 260yrs... I'm sure you can wait)
