I'm not a fan of textured backgrounds. I would personally remove them, but thats just me.

Scrolling marquees, I'm not a fan. At least have it vertically aligned in the middle, along with the date in the next box.

A few more images to the site. There are no graphics on your site that denote what your site is really about. Therefore I had to search around for the title to know that the site was about DVDs.

hmmm... does the site name "DIVXLAND" tells you anything?

DIVX = DivX Video Codec
LAND = country, ground, estate, etc.

Great job there, plus with the shrewd way you align the "encode with" image with netfirms ads, as if you're sponsored by them!
