Is there a style script that changes the WHOLE IE browser a different color instead of just the scroll bar?

Hmm...how about providing a link for the visitor to download and try out a new browser?

No, just kidding. Anyway, as far as styles go, i don't think you will be able to change the whole browser color. So it'll be for the scrollbars for now.

I figure if you could just the scroll bar, you could probally change everything else... oh well...

I used hotbar once, but the ad thing they place on the browser sucks.
