I never heard of *.int domains, since I got the message:

AltaVista® - España sólo admite URL de los dominios:
.com
.org
.es
.net
.int
.edu

Where you can get *int domains?

http://www.itu.int/net/int/index.htm

Just searched google for them. To register, the sie must be:

International treaty organizations
International databases supporting public
Internet architecture functions.

Thanks,

so I can hope only that my com.kg site in Spanish will be listed without submission to Altavista Spain. The last days I wonder a lot in which Altavista Country search engines I could find my site, although I never submitted it there. Weeks ago I found my site in Altavista-Belgium after I viewed the log and then it disappeared. Similar things for Altavista Sweden and Brasil.

Crazy search engine policy, when sites in the local language are rejected, while sites in any language with a com domain are accepted.
