Does anyone know any affiliate programs for a top banner that pays by paypal (and can put on free host)? CPM or CPC please, no leads or sales.

Another thing- they should make a sticky post on this forum containing a list of loads of affiliate progs, and info about each one, as they did on one of the hosting forums (but with hosts ;)).
Then i'd just be able to look though the list instead of posting all the time ;)

www.dkads.com don't appear to reject free hosted sites.

SITE STATUS AT TIME OF APPLICATION
Sites cannot contain any objectionable information, content, or contain the promotion of objectionable content. dkAds shall be the sole arbitrator in deciding what is considered objectionable content. Sites cannot be 'under construction,' incomplete or in any other way functioning at diminished capacity at the time of application. Violation of these rules will result in automatic termination and/or none-acceptance into the dkAds Network.
But I don't know if they pay by paypal. Maybe Dan can reply to that, or email him at Dan Ushman (dan@ratestar.net) :)
