Pop-up, pop-under or exit?

Hello Everybody,

Could you please recommend me some ads networks (pop-up, pop-under, exit window) that accept webmasters from:
"Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan..."

(I mean those who accept webmasters not only from US and EU)

Take a look at the ad networks on Matt's post here (http://www.freewebspace.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=29908) and check them yourself to see if your country is accepted. Alternatively do a google search for companies in your country :)
