what's wrong with tripod?

I have several cgi scripts running on tripod (site update, guestbook, diary), they've been working smoothly until today

every scripts has been telling me:

It looks like there was an error:
Your script produced this error:
regexp reset interpolation flag trapped by operation mask at news_b.cgi line 359.
every once in a while...
sometimes if I reload the page, it'll work again, but not the next time, etc etc, it just shows up randomly.....

is this just temporary or did Tripod made some change in the server setting?

have you modified them in anyway? Probably just tripod being tripod

nope, I didn't touch the scripts at all since the day I installed them(which was a couple months ago)

I'm still hoping that this is just temporary, looking for a new host and re-configure the scripts is so much of a hassle (sigh)
