Address.com claims to have a software program that will remove that setting. In my case, it didn't work. To take this off, right click on "Network Neighborhood", and hit properties. Then scroll down to TCP/IP -> Dial-Up Adapter, and hit the properties button for that option. Then go into the tab that says, "DNS Configuration", and click "Disable DNS". This will not screw up your TCP/IP settings at all. You will see that either the host, or domain, under DNS is address.com .

I hope this helped.
