PHP: Users help each other Script

I was wondering whether anybody knew of somehting along those lines.

I don't want it to be a full fledged forum just something like a Knowledge Base or FAQ script.

This will be used on my site so that fellow car owners can help each other with problems.

Once the problem has been delt with all other comments appear under it. And questions cannot be asked twice...

No I can't offer anything in exchange I was hoping that someone might know of a free script like that above.

I don't know how to describe it any better.
