I'm using Cobalt Raq to administer my account and I'm a little confused by its features. Anyone with any Cobalt Raq experience please clarify my doubts. Here goes:

When I first started in the User Management screen>modify user, it says "100" for "Max. Allowed Disk Space (MB)". My server gave me 100 MB in the plan but what if I want to create additonal email addresses? Those require space too right? So do I have to lower the MB for the admin account for the new account?

I'm also kinda confused about the "Max. Allowed Disk Space (MB)" when I'm adding a new user. What I just want to create a new email address for a new user(that have no webspace)? Is this "Max. Allowed Disk Space (MB)", the space for email, webspace or shared by both?

Lastly, in my FTP, I can't find my cgi-bin. How do I create a CGI-BIN directory? Do I have to give it any permissions(chmod)?

Thanks!

You can make as many emails as your provider allows you. if you have 100mb of space you can break this down between all the accounts but you can not go out side of ur alloted space.

The cgi-bin is not required on cobalts as the whole account is able to process cgi scripts. You can if you want make your own and chmod it to 755. But this is not required.
