Update help

Hello! im makin' a website and need a bit of help on something;
when i update mah website i want to tell it to tha people and make a little window to tell whats new. its kinda hard to explain what i want so here are so here are

there, something like that. Im using dreamweaver (4 and MX) so i need something that i can use there, if someone know where to get something like that it would be great.
