Like all CPM-centric ad networks, Burst! is suffering at present, and is not coming close to filling its inventory.
Nevertheless, for those willing to accept CPC banners in addition to CPM, and who have a quality default provider lined up, Burst! remain a good choice as a primary ad supplier. They continue to pay like clockwork, and are presently offering a few campaigns throughout their below-the-scroll banner, 120x60 and 125x125 spaces.

i was considering Burst! for my low-traffic site... Yet i believe it would appeal a great deal to both advertisers and ad-networks... I'm only considering 1 468*60 banner ad though (per page, of course).
With low-traffic i mean 1000+ uniques/month.

Burst have been known to accept low-traffic sites, but your chances of acceptance this month are far lower than 6-12 months ago.
Anyway, your best bet is to fill out the application form, and then decide whether or not you wish to (or are allowed to) use them.

my application just rejected by Burst!
my site is about anime and game image gallery.
I have own domain name and hosted at good pay hosting service.
could you please tell me any good CPM sponsors that will accept my site?
my site gets around 500 visitor and each visitor browsing for at least 10 pages (based on our server logs), so basically my site gets 5000 pageviews/day..
if I can't get a good CPM sponsor until next month, then I with all my sad faces must say goodbye to all my loyal visitors..
please help me..
thank you..

good review... the quarterly payment wouldn't really blow my mind though... I'd just be glad to get accepted...

Am I missing something? I've been a Burst! member since 1997, and I've been paid on time, every month.
Are some members only paid on a quarterly basis?

Basically, for some reason, it takes 90 days for your monies to get 'processed'
As I did say though, it has been a sorta 'mixed' reviews.

If you're a cheater or a small site, Burst is probably worth it. Otherwise, their new "optimization" techniques will kill your rates. I suggest using them as part of a default chain only. Definitely not exclusive.
They pay net 45, always on time.
