i finallly reached the 30 second rule. i needed to have 2 windows open (which i always do on this board) and post really close together and i didn't even mean to do it.

Two windows dedicated to this one board? Woah, you're even more addicted than I am! ;)

When I'm at the boards I have like 50 open :p. I go to the boards of my choice, open all unread threads/posts, and leave for food. When I get back in 5 minutes I go through them one by one :D.

i got to the 30 sec rule with just one window...

i thought it was a typo (saw 30 instead of 60...)

I can only manage with one window open.

I hit the 30 second limit by trying to edit my post immediately after posting it because I noticed a typo. Unfortunately, I forgot that I pressed the quote button instead. :(

lol, I'll normally have FreeWebSpace.Net Forum in one window, another forum in another, along with 5 ICQ message thingies... I need to communicate! :)

i usually have at least 10 windows open. icq, aim, fws.net (2), etc...

I usually have less than 7 windows open, 1 on FWS, 1 on mIRC, 1 on D:\, and a few others on other sites. I guess I'm just used to having an old 200MHz even though I have a new computer now. Or it's probably because if I open more than 10 programs, my taskbar gets cluttered in 800x600.

I love 1280x1024, doesn't get cluttered until I have more than 20 windows open :D.

My monitor goes fuzzy (or at least in my opinion is does) over 800x600. The problem is, it's supposed to be a top of the line 17 inch monitor. (Flat CRT)

Mine goes fuzzy at 1152X864 . It's too small any higher as well. Good ol 1024x768.

Oh, and I never open more than one window of this forum. Takes only a second to o between pages, so it's pointless. But usually I'm using pretty close to my 128 Megs of ram. I always get "System is Dangerously Low on Resources". So then I close my Virus Scanner and Firewall, and keep on going.

I couldn't resist responding to this one:

I almost always have 30-60 windows open --

1) I like to edit a lot of files all at once
2) I like to open new windows when I'm web browsing
3) I just leave lots of apps open at a time

I run my resolution at 1280x1024.

Hmm... How many columns is your taskbar at? You'd need a least three columns for it to be easy to access.
