I need some free webspace to upload picture files with the ability to hot-link the to other discussion forums.

-- I don't mind ads;

-- I don't mind to built a home page to uploading pictures;

-- I do want speed and reliability.

Any suggestion?

I have visited some free webspace. They are all against hotlinking.

I don't know if posting a picture to other website would be considered as "hotlinking"? For instance, I upload a picture to XYZ.com, and post the picture here. Is this hotlinking?

Okay, these all used to exist/used to allow it, I have NO idea if they still do or not, you'll have to check for yourself...
