I open internet explorer and browse the web for a while ..

After some time, whenever i click inside a textbox (or the address bar) i get an error:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: wbhook32.dll
ModVer: 6.2.1019.0 Offset: 00005d62

If i open another instance of IE, the same thing happens .. That's why i'm forced to use Opera right now. Can anyone help? Thanks

*Edit: The error message says:
Internet explorer has caused and error and will now close. and it has the option of sending the error to microsoft.

PS: I'm using win2k

Well, this might not be of any help...but

I told you people that IE is the most insecure and unstable browser...

Try reinstalling IE?

can you "uninstall" IE in the 1st place?

Isnt it in the shell? aka explorer.exe

Just download the install file for IE and it has the option to reinstall.

Yeah, it may be insecure and unstable, but I wish Mozilla was faster. It's painful to use Mozilla because of its sluggishness (especially the lag when I type or scroll). Otherwise, it would be so much better than IE. :(

It may be my computer, since I have not formateed my harddrive in about 3 years. LOL There's lots of clutter, but I have so much stuff that I don't want to lose.
