I would appreciate any help that anyone could give me on quick, easy ways to get a business web page up, functional, and looking professional. I'm new at this, so if this is a dumb question, please take it easy on me....lol

it is called what you see is what you get. like frontpage express etc... or try http://www.elated.com/pagekits/ and look around there for premade sites u just fill in the info

thats more advanced than just basic html design. that requires more programming

You can get it free here http://freeware.acehtml.com/ As far as shopping carts go you can get free codes from free webmaster tools sites. Good luck.

If you want things really easy, you can go to homestead or geocities, they have a nice online designer, don't need to know HTML, just drag everything on it,and it's finished, later on you can place the pages on an add-free host like F2S or a paid host.
If you need it really fast, go to bigstep (not advisable). There with some clicks you have a website, but you have totally no control!
