whats the code to redirect RIGHT when the page loads (no delay)

You mean like "<meta http-equiv='refresh' content='1;URL=/url/here.html'>"?

That isn't without any delay. It would pause for a second, allowing the visitor time enough so he can still use the back button without much difficulty. He'll thank you for that.
