Web Hosts with multiple FTP accounts.

I am considering starting up a site for myself and several friends of mine, there will be between 12-20 of us in all, and I need a web host that will provide multiple FTP accounts. Does anyone know of a reliable host that doesn't charge per account?

I have one of my web sites hosted at http://www.communitech.net and they give you 25 ftp accounts with 6 users max at the sametime on one ftp account.

Well... Normal servers might need special configurations to allow multiple ftp accounts in one web accounts. So, there are not really plenty of them offering this features.

But there are still some Raq-based web host lie us, which can offer that feature without any pain. Try to search for raq-based web host, and you should find what you need.

By the way, you should post your e-mail address or at least allow hosts like myself to mail you a response.

Hi Angela,
when you want one web account (space) with several ftp accounts you should consider, that all users usualy got access to the files of the otheres.
Wish is ok, if they are friends and I guess you could set the file permissions that only the owner can change and delete the file.

But why don't you just get one ftp account and share the account and pwd with your friends. That's simple.
And just make a own directory for each friend.
