Calling and saving variables in MYSQL

Let's say I am trying to call up some information from a MYSQL database, using PHP so that the information can be sent to Flash MX 6...

What coding might I use?

well, i can tell you how to fetch the Data out of your MySQL Database in PHP, but i have no idea how to send them to "Flash MX 6" (whatever Flash is, i don't know)
