Yes they pay and stats are updated 24 hourly.

and they paid me various times, no problems at all

I believe I may have emailed your answer to this question but i'm not sure if you were the same person?

You may need to re-read those terms. We do pay all webmasters, however we do not pay for traffic from pakistan.

Hope this clears the waters.
