Hmm...are you from China? If you aren't, you can try www.tripod.co.uk ...I live in China, and I can't access that, so I don't know if it will work for you.

Try www.spaceports.com (I don't think this works in China, but give it a shot) or some of the other hosts in the Host FAQ (surely you haven't tried them all!) :)
