Anyone can give me information about a good, nice-interfaced bulletin board that use flat file instead of SQL? Thanks.

I saw a new one listed under Hotscripts/php/messageboards that looked pretty cool.

Very nice and very professional IMO. looks exactly like the old "ultimate php board" that was dropped recently:
http://www.webrc.ca/forum1.0b/

in fact, it is "uphpb" under a new name. tons of bugs.

Errors, but professional errors nonetheless. If you really want a flatboard, I think UBB classic is the only good option. Cost ya an arm and a leg though.

Well, I am using one at http://www.moviecodec.com/mb/, cant tell you what it is called though, because uhmm, I made it myself nad havent cared to same it. Mostly it was designed just for use on the site, but I guess it could be put on a another site.

One thing to notice about it is that it is not possible to edit messages, however it is possible to delete topics and to ban users (based on who made a specific topic) (even though they do not have to register). The board is designed for extreme speed and very low cpu usage since all the pages that you browse are STATIC shtml pages.

That FloorBoard must've been updated -- no errors when viewing thread. :)
