PHP with Send Mail Funktion and NO Ads

I'm seeking for a free host with PHP, and the send mail funktion. it should have no ads or only one pop up. i need no my-sql database. can anybody help me? sorry for my bad english!

I'd like to suggest that you choose a cheap paid service. which has this features for sure.
