how come?

how come sometimes when i edit a message it redoes my message saying edited by epgs etc... but sometimes it doesn't?

If nobody has viewed your message before you edit it doesn't say edited...

oh ok thanks thats really cool. that solves a lot of my troubles. haha. nice to know that though

From my own experiences, I've come to think that the "Edited by" thing only shows up if you edit your message after it's been in the database for more than a minute.
