Wouldn't GCSNet be a good host for your anime site also?
But if you don't have 200 hits... Perhaps http://www.hypermart.net would be an alternative?

Netfirms will allow you to use the domain, you'd have to redirect with HyperMart :(.

Hmm... How about creating a directory in your GCSNet account just for your anime site and ask the admin to redirect the domain there?
