currently when i log into hotmail either through www.msn.com or www.msn.co.uk i get a message saying my account has been closed (no reasons given) however i can still sign into messenger and see all my contacts.

Just to make it worse when i click on "no new e-mails" nothing happens.

Currently im using IE6, win 98SE and messenger 5.0.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

If you don't use the account for a while they will close it, but you have the option to activate it again. Then when mail starts coming again you will be able to click on the MSN link to the inbox again :)

i forgot to say, i use this account every day because all my webpage information, stats and everything are sent to that account.
I really need it running again without having to close my account and sign up again.

<edit> when i now click on "no new e-mails" i get account closed</edit>

Hm?? I think if you used Messanger regularly even without logging in Hotmail at hotmail.com, your account won't be suspended?

Assuming you have another email address, fill in this contact form.
