I need a cell phone

Cheap plans? Or free plans? Does anyone know of some place which offers students free/cheap ($15) cell phone plans? I dont need many minutes. I just need one for emergency. (not Tracfone, I mean come on, 150 mins a year is a damn ripoff)

Get Nextel. All your incoming minutes are free. Plus you get a neat little built in walkie talkie to talk to for free to your other nextel buds. Dont use Sprint. Their service has gone right down the stinker. Clear and static free calls my ---. I have three diff mobiles on Sprint, and more often than naught, I lose my connections. Oh wait, come to think of it...there is no static....but the voice on the other end cuts in and out. Next I will either go with Verizon (can you here me now? Good! V), or Cingular....or maybe even Nextel.
