Well, it will not be a 2nd level domain, just a 3rd level one, but it works like every other domain (.com, .net, .co.uk, etc.) ;)

- Point your domain to every IP address you want
- Use Url Forwarding to point your domain to your website (no matter where it is hosted)
- Use Email Forwarding and create many email addresses like
webmaster@yourname.biz.ly (you@yourname.biz.ly, etc.)
- Create Subdomains of your domain like forum.yourname.biz.ly, etc.

Wasn't there a third-level domain before as well? I think it was for .com.ly and no one was able to secure one. Oh well, maybe I'm confusing Libya with anothr country. :confused2

Ads, even ads about domains are NOT allowed in Domain Registration forum, unfortunately :(
However, if sombody of you decide to post about .biz.ly's to Domains forum... ;)
