Uploading database?

My host setup a mssql database for me. But how can i access it? They say i can access with Microsoft Access but how? How do you connect to a database with Microsoft Access? How can i view the data in my database? Can anybody help me please.

how can create a database and add stuff to it.
With Mysql its very easy. With PHPMYADMIN you can easily create new databases, add or delete stuff but how does it work with mssql? Can anybody help me?
