hey....a long while ago, I had the address: http://lub.directoris.net and my user name was dtlubdi1. After you guys kept on going down on me and you had the ticket system for tech support, the address just stopped working and stuff. I paid that setup fee of like $50 or $75 I forget the deal it was a while ago, it was a setup fee and I supposedly got free "lifetime" hosting. What happened? Is there any way to get the account back, or did you take my money...which I 'm hoping you didn't.

Why didn't you send an email instead? Of course we will re-open your account. We had a lot of troubles with one of our servers that was managed by Donhost. Terrible mistake!

Problem fixed. It was due to a bug found in the Ensim Control Panel :(
