I am starting a anime/dragonball site and on it I have some movie clips, video clips and sounds wavs and I was wondering would these thing be illegal? and what server would support these?

I think that you need consent from the makers/owners of this series. There are alot of sites out their, with sounds and movies but if they tend to become big the creators may force legal action.

How did you get those movies/clips/wavs? If you got 'em off the Net, then it's most likely pirated - in other words, illegal.

If you ripped them yourself, then you should ask the company for permission before you do anything.

Then again, nobody will really care, and as long as your site isn't really popular, they prolly won't find out anyways. :p
