:D
Back up anything you value!! I've used Partition Magic in the past and had it screw over a partition, not fun. That being said I no longer have it, ;) so I can't tell you step by step how to do it.
What distro are you using?
Red Hat 8 comes with 3 tools which are able to partition the drive themselves. If I recall correctly at least one of them will re-size a FAT32 partition or simply use the free space left on the drive. Double check to make sure.
Regardless of what you use to partition, make sure you use that CD RW to backup important files!!

DON'T DELETE YOUR PARTITION IF YOU VALUE YOUR DATA! That can't be stressed enough!
Disto = Distribution, a package of software, usually BSD or Linux bundled with extra software packages.

I hope you mean a CD, because you can't fit much onto a floppy disk.
You would need to backup your valuable data, defrag and scandisk in windows, and then resize the partition. I have never lost data when using Gnu Parted, though thats kind of hard to use.
