Such Script?

erm, hi
i'am just wondering if there's such a script available free for download that arranges the titles of the CDs and the artitse that the cd belongs to and when i click on the link the cd cover and the biology of the artiste will show up? i'am currently doing it manually by html and its a hassle. anyone could help me out?
