I'd like to add a 30-60 second sound bite to my site. ("click here to hear the sound" not a background loop). What kind of software etc do I need?

You don't need any software? Just link to the file like so....

Not sure what <!--mstheme--> is there...I copied this from my html. Any ideas?

Oh, well I dunno. I was thinking along the lines of MS as Microsoft Theme or something... and I know how much those WYSIWYG editors love adding comments to pages...
Well for whatever reason it's there, we can safely say it doesn't serve any purpose.

What is the soundclip from if it's not "in a file"?

It is from my hands and my drum, demonstrating North African rhythms.

Did you get it? Being a pro videographer/musician, I handle all related questions in another forum. :o
