i got a few questions tho...the fonts on this site are different, they are not verdana. anyone know what i am talking about? where can i downloaded fonts for linux? thanks

Those are the fonts in X...and I'm pretty sure they are verdana.

You can probly find font RPM's there.

Check out sourceforge.net and download GAIM if you use aim. I've used it and it's very good....
