photo plus program

I have free photo plus 5.5. I can't find how to export my animations into a JPG or GIF. I looked at the help topics and it said there should be the options "export" and "export optimizer". I don't see either of these. There is "import" but that's not what I want. HELP!

Those options only show up after you've opened a file or imported one. The best optimizer I've found (some actually add kb to your file) is online @ gifworks.com...better reducing/optimizing than even Paint shop pro. D
