View Full Version : Attention: worldwebhosters.com is cheat!

I purchased a reseller account from worldwebhosters( http://www.worldwebhosters.com ) in Aug. At first their tech support was ok. Now I don't know why their service is unbeliveable poor. Last month the server had 2 days downtime, and their CEO Ryan just find some nonsense execuses to explain that. This month more than one day downtime again, I have already send more than 5 Emails and haven't got any feedback.

The server is still down. I am losing my customers. Please do not trust them even if they are very friendly at the very beginning. Their service is totally unreliable.

Sad but true. I am very disappointed with WorldWebHosters.com.
When I first signed up with everything was so great! Ryan Hicks provided great tech. support.

I even signed up as an affiliate. But in April 2003, when I emailed them a question about why they weren't paying their affiliates they deleted my web site and my email account! And they would not answer my emails.

I even sent a letter snail mail which I received no reply and their phone number has been disconnected and is no longer in service.

I don't know what happened. But I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please be warned.

Hmm, any signs of them closing down?

I believe the same thing is happening with featureprice.

I am not sure if they are closed, but their Web Site is still up.

I don't know if I am the only affiliate that they didn't pay or if it is all the affiliates. I am sure there is a crime in there some where.

This is the first time this has happened to me and I am still a little dazed. They didn't even notify me that they were deleting my Web Site and email. Wow.

Ryan was just so nice. I wrote to him and asked him if there was anything I could do to help the situation. I never heard back from him.

Another featureprice...great.

I hate to see good companies like that one sounds like to be to go to waste like that. Something must have happened and he had to get out of it quick or something.

Well, let us not jump to conclusions, unless they were part of featureprice.

Try a search on your web host on google.

Maybe you will find something useful.

I too am in limbo with my website which is hosted by WorldWebHosters. It appears as if my site no longer exists. They do not respond to any emails that I send to them.

I wish that I knew whether they are just having technical difficulties or if they have hung us all out to dry.

If I don't hear that they are back up and running soon, I'll have to find a new host.

Does anyone out there have the real scoop on what is happening????
