Popuptraffic checks: tax return notification????

Just wondering, do I need to include my revenues with popuptraffic in my tax return form? And are there any taxes on it? Cause when I got the check, well, all it was was a check, no invoice, no nothin. So what do I do about this???? Help!

mikhail, you are required to report all revenue that you receive - whether you are provided with an invoice or not.

We paid you. The seller sends the buyer an invoice, not the other way around. :)

And there are check stubs included that detail your earnings.
