Can anything redirect from dead web host?

Have recently had go.com shut down on me, and now it looks like homepage.com is shutting down (see earlier thread), is there any service or anything we can do to redirect from a dead host? i.e. if my customers type in vfg.homepage.com I can reroute them to my new site, or a redirect them to something like WebAlias. I liked using homepage.com because my customers/friends could remember it so easy. It will be hard to get them used to a different entry name/site.

No. If you don't like changing url's either buy a domain name or use a -------- or something...
