Need good host

Here is what i need. Anyone know of anything?
I need
20+ mb space
mysql/php with forum allowed
fast, reliable
no banners (popups or other ads ok)

How big is your forum? Does it have a lot of posts and members? If so...I would recommend getting a paid host (installing a forum on free host will guarantee you downtime and sluggy speeds), if it's only got 10 posts and 3 members then don't bother installing a board on a free host, just go for a remotely hosted threaded board... :o

Right now it's not big...I just started it. It could be a medium sized board once the site is up. Right now I'm still working on the site layout. I have a sourceforge account and I could always use that but their speed isn't very good for forums and you have to backup mysql and webspace daily. I don't really want to pay. I could just host my boards at a slow safemode host and my site on something with php only (the site is php) Otherwise I'll try to find someone willing to host a site.
