Dear focusIN Member,

Mamma.com Inc., a subsidiary of Intasys Corporation (NASDAQ: INTA), is pleased to announce that it has purchased from ZAQ Inc. (CDNX: ZAQ) its focusIN Ad Network and proprietary ad delivery system. focusIN is a recognized and significant player amongst ad networks in the online advertising industry. Its acquisition will allow Mamma.com to become a major player in the online media market in North America.

In addition to enhancing Mamma.com's revenue base, the activities of focusIN are complementary to the company's core business. As a result, we believe current and prospective advertising clients of both Mamma.com and focusIN will profit from this new, comprehensive and unparalleled interactive marketing offer. This transaction is also good news for you, our publishers, who have partnered over the years with focusIN since it means that you will have better access to a broader spectrum of higher paying ad campaigns.
