banner making help

hi, I am wondering if there is any kind and skilful banner and logo designers here?

I need an ANIMATED banner with the same text as this one here:

but replace the "granulomata.com' with "ivdrip.com"

for the background, if possible, please use pictures from here:

if possible, help me make 2 buttons for "www.ivdrip.com" as well.
