Hey, did anyone get a rejected money order from them if you didn't give them a $15 handling fee? I bought one from them a while ago and i didnt pay the fee but they now have a new offline form which specifically states you MUST pay the 15 fee so i was wondering if i should still try to cheat out of it or not. I would like to know when was the last time someone sent a mo that was accepted for only 9.99 too. Thanks.
