What are the names of the folder you've mentioned, and where they can usually be found?

Hmm... probably some of its contents are locked by some other programs?? You have a file inside the folder that was opened by a program?

I asked this question on Hard Forums a while ago, a guy says that it's because windows caches your folders or something... Just reboot and it'll be fine, but I know it's a pain so I wanna know a faster way too!:)

It is a pain... whats easier than rebooting when this happens is to push control-alt-delete and end explorer, and then run it to get it going again, and you will be able to delete those folders (for anyone that has that problem as well).

As for Weeps... that happened to me once... cant remember how I finally got rid of them...

check if any programs are associated with that folder - like WinRAR having it as the default extraction folder or something
