spam to me is sending unsolicited information. and this is spam to me. Anyhow, he is in the wrong forum, trying to promote a host and his site.

If I'm not wrong, "unsolicited" means anything which is not requested. But when you are a part of a discussion forum you are bound to exchange various views and ideas you might object to .. then why have a forum at all. Even I'm totally against spam (specially e-mail) but on a message board you have to be open to various degrees of topics. Having said that it doesn't make sense to converse on totally irrelevant subjects. But again this is my point of view.

and yes, the message should go to the "Site Review" forum.

it's in the right forum now, agreed that a forum is about discussion but why say my site is hosted at this place? i don't understand that. In this context it is totally uncalled for.
