Suggestions on hosts needed...

I was kind of frustrated with what Prime Net, since it has taken up to 3 days for them to reply to a couple of my technical support queries. As a result, I am thinking of switching over to another webhost, since I can still exercise the 30-day money back guarantee at Prime Net. Can anyone suggest me some good (reliable and cheap) hosts with the following features:

350+ mb webspace
8-10GB traffic/bandwidth
CGI
3-5 Subdomains
mySQL Database support
PHP 4 (coz I intend to put up a vBulletin board on the host)
30-50 POP3 accounts with forwarding
Real Audio/Video streaming/support
Flash support
Web-based control panel (much like CPanel)

My budget allows me to pay about $15 US per month.

Thanks for your reply. However, the companies you suggested do not quite offer the amount of space I would need, and their prices are kind of 'high'.

I did some search on the Web, and saw a few plans that look attractive. Have you heard or do you know anything about these companies? The sites are http://www.venturesonline.com, http://www.aletiahosting.com, and http://www.yadnum.com.
